Privacy Policy
Draft for local testing. Sunday School Slides is a sole-trader business trading as Sunday School Slides. Contact support@sundayschoolslides.com for privacy questions. The trader’s legal name, hosting locations, retention periods, and final lawful bases must be completed and reviewed before public launch.
Information collected
The service stores your username, email address, password hash, account status, sign-in and verification data, two-factor settings, acceptance records, and the lessons and activities you choose to create. It does not need children’s personal information. Please do not put children’s names, photos, contact details, health information, or other personal information into teaching prompts.
Why it is used
Account data is used to create and protect your account, send verification and security messages, enforce limits, and provide lessons and activities. Teaching prompts and lesson content are used to provide the requested creation features. The final lawful bases for these activities must be confirmed before public launch.
Sharing and security
Service providers may process data for hosting, email delivery, and AI generation when those features are enabled. Passwords are hashed, session tokens are stored as hashes, and two-factor secrets are encrypted. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. The final list of providers, locations, and any international transfer safeguards must be published before launch.
Retention and rights
Account and lesson data is kept while your account is active and then removed under the final retention schedule, which must be published before launch. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object or complain to the relevant data protection authority where applicable. Send requests to support@sundayschoolslides.com.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the service will ask you to review the new version before continuing.
